SGS test report
Independent laboratory test report for formaldehyde emission and board performance.
JIS F4 certification
Japanese industrial standard: F4 is the highest of its four formaldehyde grades.

Quality control
How it is checked
Four checkpoints between the drawing and the container.
Material confirmation
Panels, finishes and hardware are confirmed against the approved samples before production starts.
Pre-assembly check
Cabinets are pre-assembled on the line and checked against the drawings — doors, drawers and hinges included.
Unit inspection
Dimensions, edges, bores and hardware sets are verified unit by unit, with photos kept on file.
Pre-shipment inspection
The packed order is documented with photos and video and shared with the client before it leaves the factory.
