The process
How your project runs
Each step has a clear deliverable, so you always know what happens next.
Preliminary understanding
Online communication, style discussion and an estimated quotation. The deposit is paid here to confirm your slot.
Communication with your designer
A dedicated communication group is set up, the first measurement is taken, and we talk through your basic needs.
Customized design drawings
You provide appliance dimensions, water supply and drainage positions, and the electrical layout.
Design proposal
We submit the design proposal, adjust it with you online, and you confirm the renderings.
Secondary remeasurement
A secondary on-site measurement confirms the design can be built exactly as drawn, and all dimensions are checked.
Sign the contract
The contract is signed, production is ordered, the balance is paid, and the goods are dispatched.
Transportation & delivery
Sea freight to your door, installation following drawings and our videos, with a remote installation service team.
Deposit & balance
Payment, explained
The deposit confirms your order and locks the production slot after the contract is signed; the balance is paid before dispatch.
Online payment is being prepared — until it goes live, your design lead will arrange the deposit and balance with you directly.

Ocean freight
Standard service: we consolidate your goods and ship to your door. If you already work with a freight forwarder, we can pack everything and deliver it to them in one batch.
Premium service: wooden crate packing and fumigation, door-to-door delivery, and unloading on site. For dense heavy goods 200 kg = 1 m³; charges follow the greater of volume and weight.

Freight rates vary by country and by month, so quotations are given in real time. Installation is quoted separately (per person per hour, based on actual work).
