What happens on installation day overseas

The container arrives before the team does

Overseas projects are delivered in two waves: the container first, then the installation team — or your own fitter, guided remotely. Crates are numbered by room and by run, so unloading follows the installation order rather than the packing order.

What the first day looks like

We check the room against the final drawings, confirm the wall and floor conditions, mark the levels, and lay out the modules for each elevation. If a wall has moved since measurement, it is corrected in the filler and scribe detail rather than in the cabinet.

Tall units go in first, then base and wall runs, then doors, drawers and handles. Lighting and appliance connections are finished last, once the joinery is fixed and level.

Support after the team leaves

Every project keeps an online group with 24-hour support, so any adjustment after handover is answered by the same designers who drew the room.
